What we collect
- An anonymous player ID. Created when you first open a game, so your progress and scores can be saved. It is not linked to your name, email or phone unless you choose to add an account later.
- The nickname you choose, shown on leaderboards.
- Game data: your scores, the timing of your taps in ranked runs (used to check scores are genuine and to show your run as a "ghost" to friends in your group), your group memberships, and in-game progress such as unlocked themes.
- Usage events, such as when a run starts and ends or when you share a link, sent to our analytics provider so we can see what players enjoy. These use your anonymous player ID.
We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or microphone. Clips and star cards are made on your device and only leave it if you share them.
Who processes it
- Supabase stores game data and the anonymous player ID.
- Vercel hosts the site and checks ranked scores.
- PostHog receives usage events.
We don't sell your data. There are no ads at the moment.
What others can see
Your nickname and scores appear on leaderboards. Players in a group you join can race a replay of your best run that day.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. [OWNER: confirm this matches your audience before launch.]
Your choices
You can change your nickname or leave a group at any time in the game. To delete your data, email [OWNER: contact email] with your nickname and we'll remove it within 30 days. Clearing your browser's site data removes the game's local copy of your progress.
